Scholarship documents are handed over
Since the winter term 2009/2010, the University of Applied Sciences of Aachen has awarded monthly scholarships in the amount of € 300 to aspiring students of all fields of studies. The monthly payments are supposed to help the beneficiaries focus on and be successful in their studies. Funding of the scholarships is equally shared between the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia and private contributors.
Otto Junker is one of the companies in the area supporting students under this scheme.
During a ceremony on Dec 2nd, 2011, the scholarship certificates were handed over to the beneficiaries. Dr. Rinnhofer personally handed over the scholarship documents to "our" beneficiary, Ms. Mirjam Merscher from the "Power Engineering" faculty.
