Semi-finished product casting shop for copper and copper alloy

The planning of complete casting shops is a challenge for any engineering company. In view of our many years of experience in this field, an Asian customer placed an order with us for the planning and erection of a complete shop for the production of rolled slabs of ETP copper, copper-iron and brass by vertical continuous casting.

The casting shop contains three melting and casting lines with four melting furnaces and two storage furnaces with forehearth. INDUGA drew up the whole layout and as general contractor supplied the complete production lines including charging and casting facilities.
